A multi-purpose pointing grout, for use with stone veneers, brick slips, tiles and paving on exterior or interior surfaces.
Mathios Grout is produced by high quality cement, new generation aggregates and reinforcing additives providing a high strength and excellent workability.
A High performance, flexible finish, protected against water, frost and prevents mould growth.

Mat Protect Plus Stone Cladding & Brick Slip Sealant
A matt clear protective sealant designed to provide highly effective ability to resist penetration by water, ready to be applied without any dilution over the stones. Providing lower porosity resulting in antifreezing protection.
Sealant is applied 48 hours after stone veneers or brick slips have been installed.
For stone and brick slips – total square meter coverage divided by 2.5 litres required.

Grouting Styles
Standard Grouting Style
The most common technique is to lay each stone or brick one finger width apart from each other and grout between each stone.
The grout is deeper than the face of the stone or brick and exposes the edges. If the grout colour pairs with the hues of the stone or brick, this makes mostly the stone or brick stand out.
For contrasting design result pick up a bold colour grout opposite of the stone or brick colour.
Flat With The Stone or Brick Face Grouting Style
The grout level is almost flat with the face of the stone or brick. Similar to the standard grouting style but with more active role on the final design.
Try to use different color grout and see how your stonework or brickwork transforms.
For a discreet and always in style look match the grout colour with the dominant colour shadings of the architectural stone or brick. If you love an impactful effect, select grout colour opposite of the stone colour.
Overgrout Style
The mortar overfills the joints and overlaps the face of the stone or brick. A very popular technique to achieve a rustic and authentic old-world look.
It gives such a realistic result to the construction that it’s hard to believe it’s not centuries ago built. Ideal for irregular shaped stones or bricks. It would also fit nice in an industrial design loft.
